Return/Exchange Policy

Should you wish to return anything that you purchased from Round Two Fitness, we will be happy to exchange the product with one of equal value provided it is in a fully resaleable unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. If the product is not returned within the 14 days timeframe or if the product is not in resaleable unused condition, Round Two Fitness reserves the right to refuse the exchange of the item.

For any Supplement Sales, these purchases are not eligible for a refund or exchange. All Supplement Sales are final.

If you are returning any item due to an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact us at 705-690-6402 or email us at mm@unitz.ca to coordinate an Item Exchange Authorization. After receiving the exchange authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging, including any proof of purchase and make arrangements for drop off exchange or mail your return to the following address:
